A couple of days old now, but Scoble linked to Jay Kimble, who recently bought a Tablet PC, and seems to be liking it. I'm surprised Apple hasn't done anything with Tablet PCs or their "Ink" technology. I'd love to be able to scribble notes and draw diagrams straight onto the screen of my Powerbook…
